Current Listings
'Current' listings with unlimited number of photographs per listing. Search by agent,
office, property type and specific property features. Print Agent and Client reports
of your properties. Listings are colour coded to status (eg. conditional listings
are coloured red) - ‘Auction’, ‘No Price’ and ‘Tender’ listings with search (price)
indicators - streets and suburbs database. Create a PDF file of a Client Report
and email to your client.
Sold Listings
Sales history including your company sales with the ability to import REINZ*, Realty
Info and VNZ sales statistics. Search by property type, price, sell date, bedrooms
and land area, etc - print full detail reports - streets and suburbs database.
* Must be a current member of the REINZ and subscribe to the REINZ stats service
Withdrawn Listing Information
Listings are automatically transferred when the status becomes ‘withdrawn’or ‘unconditional’.
Use these listings for future business.
Appraisals & Competitive Market Analysis (CMA's)
Create and print professional property appraisals. Find comparable ‘Available’ and
‘Sold’ properties for your CMA. Save and recall your CMA. Print your CMA on company
pre-printed form or use the form supplied by OSL.
Enter your Agent vendor appraisals, and measure their conversion rates.
Flyers
Produce professional flyers in colour or black and white. Customised with your company
details and agents photos. A selection of flyers for ‘Open Home’, ‘For Sale’ and
a ‘Personal Profile’ newsletter. Print your own window cards.

Your office listings can be automatically exported to your own web site using OSL
